  • Braze segments are dynamic and read-only via API. Set custom attributes through RightMessage to automatically qualify users for segments you define in the Braze dashboard
  • RightMessage interactions appear as custom events in Braze (widget displays, form submissions, survey responses). Use these events to trigger Canvas flows
  • Native profile fields like first_name, last_name, phone, and country sync separately from custom attributes and are available for personalization
  • Reference attributes in Braze emails using Liquid syntax: {{user.your_attribute_name}} for custom attributes or {{user.first_name}} for native fields
