The first step is to find out more about you, your goals, and the audience you serve. This gives us the raw material we need to get started.
We'll also collect your payment, and if – for whatever reason – we don't think we'll be able to help you, we'll refund you in full.

Step 2: Research and Strategy
Next we'll get to work researching your audience and coming up with the perfect segmentation survey and strategy for you.
If we run into any roadblocks during this phase, we'll reach out. But, generally speaking, we'll handle everything from here.

Step 3: Implementation
Using the experience we've gained as a team having focused on segmentation for over a decade, we'll create a high performing segmentation survey that you can use with to segment your email list.
If you have multiple products on offer, we'll also help you build a recommendation engine that displays personalized product recommendations to your audience.

Step 4: Integration
Once you've approved our segmentation survey, we'll then work with your team to get everything running correctly on your website and fully integrate it with your email marketing platform.

Is there a long-term contract?
