We may publish aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not identify you.
If you are not an email subscriber or customer, we generally do not use your activity on our website to identify you by name. Visitors
Like most website operators, RightMessage collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. RightMessage collects this information to better understand how visitors use its website. From time to time, RightMessage may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, such as a report on website usage trends.
RightMessage also collects potentially personally-identifying information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. RightMessage does not use this information to identify visitors and does not disclose it except under the same circumstances in which it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below. We may also use IP addresses to block users who violate our Terms of Service.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to RightMessage’s websites choose to interact with RightMessage in ways that require RightMessage to gather personally-identifying information. Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
RightMessage discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on RightMessage’ behalf or to provide services available at RightMessage’ Site websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
