See who’s on your site right now
Known contacts show up by name, with where they came from and every page they’ve read. Everyone else stays anonymous.
See what people do on your website as it happens: the pages they read, the personalized offers they saw, and the answers they gave. When a known lead from your CRM comes back, your team can hear about it while they’re still deciding.
Only people who already gave you their email. No IP guessing.
“RightMessage gave me x-ray vision into my email list. It allowed me to learn exactly who is on my email list, what they need help with, and what's important to them. These insights have already helped me increase profitability. And the personalization feature has helped me increase sales, as well.”
Activity
A lead goes quiet for months, then spends an afternoon on your pricing page. Your analytics shows an anonymous session, your CRM shows nothing new, and nobody on your team knows they’re back.

Every visit, every personalized offer they saw, every answer they gave, and what your email platform or CRM knows about them.
Send a webhook when a known lead reaches the page you choose, so your CRM or chat tool can ping the right person.
Connect it through our MCP, and it can look up what a lead did on your site and write a note worth sending.
Every visit, the personalized version of each page they saw, how they answered your questions, and what your CRM knows about them. Read it before you pick up the phone.

Connect RightMessage to your AI assistant through our MCP. Ask which known leads came back this week, and it reads their activity and profile, then drafts a short, personal note. You decide whether to send it.
Explore the RightMessage MCPRightMessage runs on the CMS, website builder, framework, and landing pages you already use, and connects directly to your ESP or CRM when a campaign needs contact data. There are no pages to rebuild, DNS records to update, or systems to replace.

No. Those tools guess who an anonymous visitor is from their IP address. RightMessage names someone only after they identify themselves, for example by submitting a form or clicking an identifying link in your email. Everyone else stays anonymous: you see their location, device, where they came from, and what they viewed, but not who they are.
It can be. Your setup decides. RightMessage acts as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement. Data is processed mainly in the US, and transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum. Turn on Wait for cookie consent, and RightMessage stores nothing in a visitor’s browser and holds back their page activity until they accept your cookie banner. It works with TCF v2.2 banners, Google Consent Mode, or your own consent call. You’re still the controller: your privacy notice should say you connect website activity to known contacts, you need a lawful basis for it, and you handle access and erasure requests. Our support team can erase a person’s data when you ask.
A visitor becomes a known contact after an identification event: a RightMessage form or flow submission, a supported third-party form the snippet detects, an identifying link click from your marketing email, an email query parameter, or an integration-specific path such as the Intercom Messenger or Bento’s JavaScript snippet. Email Watcher, an optional setting, can also pick up emails submitted through other forms on your site. After that, the browser is remembered until cookies are cleared. A new device is recognized once it’s identified too, such as by an email-link click.
The activity feed, visitor profiles, and webhooks are on Pro ($499 per month, or $399 per month billed yearly). Contact data from your email platform or CRM appears once that integration is connected and included on your plan.
Yes. Build a flow that runs in the background on the pages you care about, such as pricing, and add a Webhook step. It sends the visitor’s details to an HTTPS endpoint you choose, such as your CRM or an automation tool that posts to your team’s chat. By default, a webhook step fires once per visitor; turn that off if you want it to fire on later visits too.
Where they came from, their approximate location and device, the pages they viewed, and the personalization, offers, and questions they saw. You won’t see a name or email until they identify themselves.
Once someone is identified, their profile shows the fields, tags, and lists your connected email platform or CRM shares, where the integration supports it. Choose Sync now to read fresh data.
Yes. View site as them opens a debugger session as that identified person on their latest page, so you can check which personalization and offers they get. It isn’t available for anonymous visitors.
Yes. Through the RightMessage MCP, your assistant can search visitors, read a person’s activity timeline, and read their profile. It drafts the follow-up; you decide whether to send it.
