Find projects, pages, and commands in the app

You'll find your projects and recent work, jump to pages with command search, and know where to change your profile and app appearance.

Find the page, project, or setting you need without retracing your steps. You can use the sidebar, search, or your recent pages to get back to work.

Project work, project settings, and your personal account settings have separate places in the app. Check the selected project before creating content or changing billing.

On desktop, the top bar gives you the project selector, current page, command search, status indicators, and Need help?

Use the project selector to open any project you can access. Projects are grouped by the organization they belong to, and you can choose an organization's name to open its page. If you have more than six projects, you can search by project name or website. Client labels mark agency-managed projects, Demo labels mark agency demo projects, and the current project shows whether you're its Owner or a Collaborator. Choosing a project opens its dashboard. At the bottom of the list, Project settings opens the current project's settings and New project creates another project.

Choose the current page label to see your Recent pages. You'll see up to five recent resources for the selected project. This list stays in your browser and isn't shared across devices. It records where you've been, not what you've changed. Inside settings, the same menu lists the other settings pages instead, titled with the project's name or Your account.

Find pages in the sidebar

See your project overview or the people visiting your siteDashboard and, with the required access, People. While you're on the dashboard or one of its sub dashboards, Dashboard lists them beneath it: Audience breakdown, Revenue, Website stats, and Conversions by page. Lead alerts opens from the People page. Without People, Lead alerts has its own sidebar item, marked New (a dot on the collapsed sidebar).

Personalize your marketing and track goalsPersonalize, with Emails, Campaigns, and Conversion Goals. Projects in the Meta Ads early access also see Ads, between Campaigns and Conversion Goals, once Meta Ads is connected.

Choose a group heading to expand or collapse its page list. Your plan and permissions determine which pages you can use. Search doesn't bypass a locked page's access requirements.

When an agency works on the project's organization, the top of the sidebar shows Managed by with the agency's name. Choose it to email the agency. Agency access explains how that access works.

Collapse sidebar reduces the desktop sidebar to icons. Expand sidebar restores its labels. The collapsed sidebar doesn't list the sub dashboards under Dashboard; open them from Other dashboards at the bottom of the dashboard instead. Some focused editor or Righty layouts control the sidebar width themselves.

Trial status

While your project's trial is running, a card above your name at the bottom of the sidebar shows how many days are left, such as 9 days left in your trial. It turns amber in the last three days. If you manage billing, its button reads Enter your card details, or Confirm your plan if a card is saved, and opens the dialog where you choose the plan you'll pay for when the trial ends. Once a plan is confirmed, the card says Your RightMessage plan starts on date, and choosing it shows your first charge with Manage in Billing →. Collaborators see the days left and who can set up billing.

In a collapsed sidebar, the card becomes a ring with the number of days left. Hover over it for the details. On a phone, the card is at the bottom of the navigation drawer. The top bar doesn't show trial status. See trial status in the sidebar for every state.

Jump to a page or command

Choose Search, create, or ask Righty…, or press Command+K on macOS or Control+K on other systems.

Go toMatching pages, including pages without their own sidebar entry, such as Lead alerts on a plan with People. Searching "visitors" or "activity" finds People.
Matching resourcesFlows, campaigns, questions, segment groups, widgets, offers, and forms matched by their displayed content or names.
RecentRecently opened pages.
ProjectsProject switching. Switch project in the footer opens project search.
Recent Righty conversationsUp to three previous threads. See all opens conversation search when more threads are available. Search matches conversation titles and summaries.
Roll back…Version history. Selecting the command does not itself restore or publish a version.

Use the arrow keys to choose an item and Enter to open it. While the palette is open, Command+P or Control+P opens project search. Escape closes the palette. In conversation search, Escape takes you back to the main list instead.

Search follows your project access and plan permissions. You can look up visitors by email only if you have the relevant People access.

In conversation search, the delete control opens Delete conversation?. Choose Delete to permanently remove the thread, or Cancel to keep it. Deleting a conversation doesn't undo project changes discussed in it.

Open your account, project settings, or appearance controls

Choose your name (the avatar at the bottom of the sidebar) to open Your account: Profile, Sign-in & security, Notifications, Preferences, Projects, Organizations, and API & AI access, plus Billing on a legacy account-wide plan, Affiliate, and an Agency group for agency accounts. Sign out is at the end of that list.

The gear beside your name opens Project settings for the current project: General, Website & install, Integrations, Forms & widgets, Privacy & data, and AI context, plus Collaborators for owners and Plan & billing for owners of per-project-billed projects (legacy plans use Your account > Billing). It also has Page domains, for your hosted pages. If you aren't the owner, it says who manages billing and collaborators.

A link at the bottom of each settings list switches to the other one, such as Your account settings or project name settings. Choose Back to app to return to the project.

The appearance button switches between light and dark mode. Its label tells you which mode you'll switch to, such as Switch to light mode. Your choice is saved to your account. To follow your computer's setting instead, open Your account > Preferences and choose Light, Dark, or System under Theme. This changes the app, not how your widgets look on your website.

Preferences also has Show teammates' and MCP changes live. When it's on, your editor refreshes when a teammate or an AI assistant changes the project.

Received data and help

The data indicator shows a dot for recent data, No data since a date for stale data, or No data with an installation link. Hover over the dot to see when the last pageview arrived. Without a recorded timestamp, the indicator stays hidden during loading or an error. A confirmed dormant project can show No visitors in 7 days · Check the snippet and link to recovery.

To check the data RightMessage receives from your site, open Project settings > Website & install (project settings).

Need help? opens Righty in a new conversation when it's available, and closes it when it's already open. Otherwise, it opens the Help Center. Righty's Help panel links to documentation.

Get around on mobile

On a narrow screen, choose Open navigation to open a drawer with the project selector and sidebar pages. The search icon opens the same command palette.

For account changes, use your account settings. For draft review, see publishing.
