Configure agency branding and directory details
You'll set what clients see when they sign up through your agency and add your services and expertise to your partner directory profile.
Updated
View as MarkdownGive clients a signup page with your agency's name and logo, and describe your services in the partner directory. You manage both in Agency Settings.
Open Your profile, then Agency Settings. The page is available only to agency-enabled accounts, and there's no button here to enroll as an agency. Your changes save automatically after editing. You don't need to choose Update Profile.
Set your agency details
| Field | What it does and how it starts |
|---|---|
| Agency Name | Name shown during client signup. Saving a name enables the managed signup URL. Empty until supplied. |
| Agency Logo | Image shown on invitation emails and signup pages. Choose it through the media picker. Empty until supplied. |
| Welcome Message | Message on the client signup page. The editor supports rich text, but signup currently displays the saved markup as text rather than rendering its formatting. If no message is stored, signup uses its default message. |
| List in Partner Directory | Marks the agency profile for public listing when enabled. Defaults off when unset. |
| Tagline | Short description stored in the agency profile. Empty until supplied. |
| Agency Website | Website URL stored in the agency profile. Empty until supplied. |
| Location | Filterable country selection stored with the directory profile. Unselected until supplied. |
| About Your Agency | Rich-text description stored with the directory profile. Empty until supplied. |
Agency Name and Tagline allow 255 characters each. The name can't contain links. Agency Website must be a valid URL of at most 255 characters. Welcome Message allows 1,000 characters, and About Your Agency allows 10,000. Both limits include any saved formatting markup.
The signup page currently doesn't display your tagline or website link, even though the helper text says it will.
For Location, choose from United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary. Type in the selector's filter to find a country.
An agency setting up WorkForge (opens in a new tab) could use the welcome message to explain who will help the client review their first draft. Don't use it to promise billing terms that differ from the signup form.
Describe your services and expertise
You can filter both lists and choose more than one option. Both start empty if you haven't made any selections.
| Field | Available choices |
|---|---|
| Services Offered | Copywriting, Email Setup, Email Automation, Landing Page Development, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), Segmentation Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization, Funnel Design, Personalization Consulting, and Website Design. |
| ESPs/CRMs Proficient In | Kit (ConvertKit), Mailchimp, Drip, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Keap (Infusionsoft), Ontraport, Userlist, Bento, Customer.io, Braze, GoHighLevel, and MailerLite. |
These choices describe your agency's expertise. Choosing a platform doesn't connect it to a project or give you access to a higher-tier integration. This list doesn't include every available integration.
