Set the business context used by AI
You'll give RightMessage the context it needs to draft content for your business, including who you serve, what you offer, and how you like to write.
Updated
View as MarkdownHelp RightMessage draft questions, flows, segments, and other content that fits your business. AI context gives Righty your audience, offerings, and writing preferences to work with.
Open Project settings (the gear at the bottom of the sidebar), then AI context. When you create a project, Righty drafts these details from your website, and a note at the top of the page says when. Read them through and correct anything that's off. If Righty couldn't draft them, the note says so, and you can fill them in yourself or choose Try again when it's offered.
Tell RightMessage about your business
| Field | What to use it for | Starting value if context is missing |
|---|---|---|
| Business type | The kind of business described in generated content. Choices are SaaS, E-commerce, Services, Digital products, Coaching, and Media. | None chosen. |
| Content language | The requested language for generated content. It doesn't translate the dashboard interface. | English. |
| Audience | Who you serve, their situation, and the problems your content should address. | Empty. |
| Value proposition | What makes your offer different and useful to that audience. | Empty. |
| Offerings | The products, services, resources, or next steps AI can refer to. | Empty. |
| Brand style | Tone, wording preferences, and other writing direction. | Empty. |
Business type, Content language, and Audience are under About your business. The other three are under How you sell, as full-width text areas with room for a few paragraphs.
Edits save automatically after a short delay, and each section shows when it's saving or saved. You don't need to choose a save button. This page has no AI-provider API-key field or switch to turn AI off.
Give it specific details
For Audience, WorkForge (opens in a new tab) could describe operations teams that coordinate projects across departments and struggle to find the latest status.
Its Value proposition could explain how one shared project view replaces repeated status meetings. Offerings could list a product demo and a team-planning guide. In Brand style, it could ask for direct, practical wording without promises of guaranteed productivity gains.
Keep these details accurate. Changing them doesn't rewrite an existing draft. Check the next content RightMessage generates and edit it before you publish.
Choose a language
You can choose any of these languages for generated content. Read through the text before you use it, even when you've selected the right language.

Save context without publishing
Your context saves as project information for AI to use. Saving it doesn't publish a flow or campaign. Changes that appear on your site still need review and publication.
