Sign in to open your RightMessage projects. If you've forgotten your password, you can choose a new one through the email address on your account. You'll need access to that inbox.

Sign in to your account

  1. Open the sign-in page (opens in a new tab).
  2. Enter Email address and Password.
  3. Choose Sign in.

If you've turned on two-factor authentication, RightMessage then asks for a code:

  1. Enter the 6-digit Authentication code from your authenticator app.
  2. Choose Verify and sign in.

If you don't have your app, choose Use a recovery code instead and enter one of the recovery codes you saved. Back to sign in returns to the email and password step.

If you've just accepted a project invitation with an existing account, sign in when prompted. An invitation doesn't change your account's password.

Ask for a password reset

  1. Choose Reset your password on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your account's Email address.
  3. Choose Reset Password.

The confirmation says you'll get an email if the address is in the system. It doesn't reveal whether an account exists for an email address.

Choose your new password

  1. Open the reset email and follow its complete link.
  2. Enter New Password and repeat it in Confirm New Password.
  3. Choose Change Password.

You can't edit the email field on this form. If the link is missing its email or token, RightMessage takes you back to the reset-request page.

After the change succeeds, you'll return to sign-in. Enter your email and new password to open your account.

If you still can't get in

Check your spam folder and the spelling of your account email. If an old reset link fails, request a new one.

If you no longer have access to the inbox, contact support rather than opening another paid account.

A password reset doesn't clear a billing block or a suspension, and it doesn't turn off two-factor. If you've lost both your authenticator app and your recovery codes, contact support. See account access troubleshooting for other blocks. If you're already signed in and know your current password, change it in Your account > Sign-in & security (profile settings).
