You can change your plan or billing cycle, download invoices, and update your payment details from your billing page in RightMessage. Start with the subscription you want to change.

Open the right billing page

Sign in as the project owner. Collaborators can't manage billing, so ask the owner to make the change.

Current billing is per project. Older accounts can have one legacy account-wide subscription. Confirm which model you're managing before choosing a plan.

  1. Select the project in the top bar.
  2. For per-project billing, open Project settings (the gear at the bottom of the sidebar), then Plan & billing. For legacy account-wide billing, open Your account (the avatar at the bottom of the sidebar), then Billing instead.

Only one of these pages appears for your account. If you have legacy billing and open Plan & billing from an older link, RightMessage takes you to Your account > Billing.

Current plan shows the subscription state. A saved payment method is not an active subscription. If the plan button says Enable paid renewal instead of Change plan, your project is on a no-card trial without a confirmed plan. It opens the trial billing dialog, where you pick the plan you'll pay for when the trial ends and add your card. Resume activation opens the same dialog to finish a confirmed plan whose payment is still pending.

If Current plan says Free builder, there's no Change plan row. You'll choose a plan when you publish.

Choose your plan and billing cycle

  1. Choose Change plan to open the plan picker.
  2. Review the available Grow, Scale, and Pro plans, or the legacy plans offered to your account.
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual when the selector is available.
  4. Review the charge and the features included in your choice.
  5. Select the plan you want and complete the billing confirmation shown.

Annual prices show a monthly equivalent and a yearly total. The yearly total is the annual charge, not a monthly payment. An assigned offer can restrict the available plan or cadence. Use your actual checkout terms rather than an older screenshot or sales quote.

During a no-card trial without a confirmed plan, each Choose plan button on this page opens the trial billing dialog with that plan selected. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

Downgrade your plan

A downgrade can remove features your current setup uses. Review the lost-feature list before confirming.

  1. Select the lower plan.
  2. Read Before you go... and the features you'll lose.
  3. Choose Continue with downgrade if you want to proceed.
  4. Optionally choose a reason in Quick question.
  5. Choose Continue.
  6. Read Confirm plan change.
  7. Choose Switch to the selected tier, or Cancel.

The confirmation says the downgrade takes effect immediately and billing is prorated. The alternative Accept Offer - Contact Support opens an email about the displayed retention offer. It doesn't apply a discount automatically.

Features the new plan doesn't include come off your live site automatically, and they stay in your draft. Without Scale, campaigns and conversion goals come off your site, and so do the audiences on your hosted pages. The pages themselves stay live on every plan. Without Pro, running campaign and page A/B tests stop. If you upgrade again later, publish to put them back. Question, form, offer, and flow split tests are on every plan, so they keep running.

You can still end a campaign A/B test, deploy its winner, and undeploy it without Pro, but starting or restarting one needs Pro. End a test and deploy the winner explains those steps. What happens to live features when your plan drops covers trial endings and cancellations too.

Change your lead alerts volume

Lead alerts are on every plan, with a monthly limit on how many people you're alerted about. To raise it, buy a lead alerts volume for the project. It's billed separately from your plan.

Open Plan & billing, or Your account > Billing on a legacy plan, and find Lead alerts. This billing month shows how many people you've been alerted about, and Volume shows what your plan includes and what you've bought.

  1. Choose Change volume.
  2. Choose Monthly or Annual (save 20%), then drag the slider to the number of people a month you need. The price and when you'll be charged show below it.
  3. To keep alerts coming when you reach the limit, turn on Auto-raise and choose a ceiling in Never go above.
  4. Choose Raise to number, or Save.

Raising takes effect right away and sends alerts held this billing month. Lowering takes effect when your current billing period ends. On Lead alerts, the held alerts banner and Billing link next to the usage meter bring you to the same place. Alerted leads and volume lists prices, what each plan includes, and how charges are prorated.

Change volume is unavailable during a no-card trial until its paid plan starts, and on a project with no plan yet. If a payment for your volume fails, Volume says so, with Update your payment method. Deleting a project or transferring its ownership cancels its volume, with credit for the unused time.

Download invoices

Your invoices are listed under Invoices on the billing page, newest first, with each one's date, plan, amount, and status. Choose Download on an invoice to open it. No invoices yet. means nothing has been billed.

Update payment details

  1. From the billing page, choose Manage billing next to Payment method. A project with no plan yet and no saved card shows Add payment method instead.
  2. The billing portal opens in a new tab. Some accounts open a payment-method update screen rather than the full portal.
  3. Update your payment details.
  4. Return to RightMessage and check the billing state.

Accounts with a fixed non-renewing trial can open a restricted portal that only updates the payment method. If an invoice you need isn't listed, contact billing support. Updating a card alone doesn't confirm a plan for a non-renewing trial. Use Enable paid renewal for that.

If a payment remains outstanding, use payment recovery. To end the subscription rather than change it, cancel the plan.
