Invite someone to help with your project while keeping your own login private. Each invitation gives access to one project, so you can choose which businesses a teammate works on.

Invite someone to your project

Sign in as the project owner and select the project you'd like to share. Collaborators is an owner control.

  1. Open Settings, then Collaborators.
  2. Under Add Someone New To This Project, enter their email address.
  3. Choose Invite.

You'll see the invitation under People With Access. It gives editor access. This page doesn't have a role selector or a way to change roles.

Invite the person in another project only if they need access there too.

Accept an invitation

  1. Open the link in your invitation email.
  2. Enter the invited email address.
  3. If you already have an account, enter its existing password. Otherwise, choose a password with at least 8 characters.
  4. Choose Accept invitation.
  5. If you already had an account, sign in when prompted.

If you're new to RightMessage, accepting creates your account and signs you in. Either way, it verifies the invited email and adds the project to your account. Use the project selector to open it.

If you can't send or accept an invitation

If RightMessage asks you to verify your email, use the verification action on Collaborators. Then open the email and follow its link.

Current Grow, Scale, and Pro plans don't cap collaborator numbers, but invitation safety limits still apply. An existing member or pending invitation can also block another invite. See invitation limits for the time limits, verification rules, and sending limits.

For an expired invitation, ask the owner for a fresh link. If the project is suspended, contact support rather than changing your password.

Remove someone's access

Removing a collaborator takes away their access to this project without deleting their login.

  1. Find the person under People With Access and check their email address. The confirmation won't name them.
  2. Choose Remove on that person's card.
  3. In Delete Team Member, choose Delete Member, or Cancel to keep their access.

Owner and agency-labeled rows don't have the normal Remove button. Contact support if the access change you need isn't available.

If your client needs their own subscription, see agency-managed signup.
