You'll choose whether your widgets show the RightMessage badge and keep your dashboard up to date when teammates or connected tools make changes.

You can hide the RightMessage badge on your widgets and choose whether your editor refreshes when someone else edits the project.

The badge is a project setting in Forms & widgets. Live updates is a personal setting in Your account, under Preferences. Neither changes your plan or automatically publishes a draft.

Show or hide the widget badge

  1. Open Project settings (the gear at the bottom of the sidebar), then Forms & widgets.
  2. Under "Powered by RightMessage" badge, set Show the badge on widgets.

If you'd like to...Set Show the badge on widgets to
Show the RightMessage badge on widgetsOn. This is the default.
Remove the badge from this project's widgetsOff.

The badge link includes your affiliate ID. To change it, open Your account, then Affiliate.

Badge changes save to your draft, and the section shows Goes live once you next publish. Publish the changes to apply them to normal live visitors.

Keep up with changes from teammates and tools

  1. Choose your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to open Your account.
  2. Open Preferences.
  3. Under Live updates, set Show teammates' and MCP changes live.

It's on unless you've turned it off. The setting belongs to you, so it applies in every project you open, and it doesn't change anything for your collaborators. It saves as soon as you switch it.

SettingWhat happens in your editor
OnYour editor refreshes when a teammate, another browser tab, or an AI assistant changes the project.
OffYour editor keeps its current copy instead of loading those changes. You can overwrite someone else's newer work.

Keep this on when several people or tools edit your project. Turning it off doesn't pause a website widget or prevent publication. It doesn't change how often anything refreshes for visitors.

See API tokens and AI connection permissions for the credentials used by external tools.
