Give clients a signup page with your agency's branding, then manage their projects from your own account. You'll create a signup link or send an email invitation from Agency Clients.

Your account must be agency-enabled to see Agency Settings and Agency Clients under Your profile. Save your Agency Name in Agency Settings first. That gives you the signup URL to share.

Managed signup is for a client creating an account. To join a project that already exists, use collaborator invitations instead.

Choose how clients sign up

  1. Open Your profile, then Agency Clients.
  2. Under Configure a managed signup link, leave both Plan and Billing cadence blank for a flexible link.
  3. To fix the starting tier, choose Grow, Scale, or Pro, then choose monthly or yearly billing.
  4. Review the selected price summary.

If you choose a plan without a billing cadence, you can't copy the link or send an invitation. Clear selection returns to a flexible link, which defaults to Scale with monthly billing when available. A fixed link locks the starting tier, but clients can still switch monthly and yearly billing on signup.

  1. Open Share Link.
  2. Choose Copy.
  3. Share the link with the prospective client.

To send an email invitation instead:

  1. Open Invite via Email.
  2. Enter Client Email.
  3. Choose Send Invitation.

You'll see it under Pending Invitations.

If there's no signup URL, go back to Agency Settings and save your agency name. If the email already belongs to an account or has a pending invitation, use that account or manage the existing invitation rather than sending another one.

What clients see during signup

Your client's signup page asks for their email, website, password, billing interval, and card details. If you sent an invitation, their email is already filled in and can't be changed. With a flexible link, they can choose Grow, Scale, or Pro. A tier-specific link keeps that tier selected.

The client reviews the 14-day trial and the selected plan's charges after it. They complete any payment or security check themselves. Managed clients open the dashboard rather than the ordinary research chooser.

An existing-account recovery message means no new account or trial was created. Use its login or password-reset link. If the invitation or agency link is unavailable, contact the agency for a valid link. A suspended agency link needs support.

Keep track of invitations

Each pending invitation shows Email, Plan, Billing, and Expires. From its row, you can:

  • Choose Copy signup URL to copy that invitation's link.
  • Choose Resend invitation to send it again. An unexpired invitation keeps its deadline. Resending an expired, still-pending invitation sets a new deadline seven days ahead.
  • Choose Cancel invitation to cancel it immediately. There's no confirmation dialog, so check the email first. This doesn't cancel an accepted client's subscription.

Past Invitations shows accepted, expired, and canceled invitations, with sent and accepted dates. You can still have clients even if your invitation list is empty.

New invitations expire after seven days. Sending and resending are subject to the same invitation safety limits.

Open a client project

Find the client under Your Clients, then choose Open project. The list shows their name and email, project, status, affiliate indicator, and joined date. No project means there isn't a project available in that row.

Status labels include Active, Trial, Expired, Lifetime, Past Due, and Canceled. Check the client's billing state before recommending a payment action.

If you need to transfer, claim, or remove a client, contact support. This page doesn't have those controls.

Check affiliate rewards

Under Affiliate Rewards, you'll see your configured Reward Tier and Commission. Choose View your affiliate dashboard to open FirstPromoter. If your account isn't configured, follow the instruction to contact RightMessage. Use your own commission rate, not another agency's arrangement.

Once you can open the client's project from Your Clients, you can work in it from your agency account. For who owns and pays for each project, see account and plan questions.
