A Yes / No question gives you two starting answers, Yes and No, each with its own segment. You can use each answer to send visitors down a different flow path.

When to use it

Use it for a question with two clear alternatives. WorkForge (opens in a new tab) could ask "Do you work with clients?" and follow Yes with a client-collaboration question. It's a Multiple choice preset, not a fixed true-or-false input.

Settings

A new question asks Would you like to learn more?. It displays the two answers as Buttons and accepts one answer. Each answer has its own segment and can have a branch in a flow. Other write-ins and randomization start off.

ControlBehavior
What do you want to ask? and DescriptionSet visitor-facing rich text. Description is optional.
Show answers asButtons, Radio, Images, or Dropdown.
AnswersRename, add, reorder, or delete choices. You aren't limited to two answers.
Edit answer conditionsShow an answer only to matching visitors. No restrictions means everyone sees it.
Edit answer scoresAvailable in a flow editor. Adjust named scores for a selection.
Allow multiple answersOff by default. Removes answer branches and disallows Dropdown.
Add an "Other" write-inOff by default. Collect an explanation when neither ordinary choice fits.
Randomize answer orderOff by default. Uses the same behavior as Multiple choice.

Images adds image selection and Hide answer labels. Radio waits for Next. Buttons and Images advance on a single choice. The widget can affect how answers appear, including a dropdown in a Bar.

There is no input-question Required or Skip toggle. You can allow multiple answers, but that usually doesn't fit a mutually exclusive yes-or-no question.

How answers are stored and synced

The saved choices are answer segments, not literal true and false values. The Sync tab determines what your email platform receives. Renaming Yes to "Yes, regularly" doesn't require changing its mapped value to the same text.

The question-editor preview doesn't save a response or identify a contact. Edits to an existing question save to your draft automatically and affect every use after you publish.

See shared question settings for display and behavior details, or the Questions library reference to create or copy a question. Use Question and Router nodes to send each answer to a different next step.
