You can put your audience's answers to work beyond your website, with suggestions for content, lead magnets, and questions worth asking next. It's also easier to trace where a question is used and adjust what visitors see as they move through a flow.

Turn audience answers into content ideas

Get suggestions for articles, social posts, email campaigns, and lead magnets based on your audience's answers and your business context. The suggestions include reasons for each idea, so you have something more useful to work from than a list of generic topics. You'll find this feature today in Growth Ideas; see how to use Growth Ideas.

Find the flows and rules that use a question

You can filter Questions by flow instead of searching through your whole library. The Uses tab also shows where a question or segment group is referenced by flows and segmentation rules, with links to open them. That makes it easier to see what an edit will affect before you change shared questions. See the questions library reference.

Branch on questions answered during this page view

The new Question Engagement condition lets you check whether a visitor has answered questions on the current page view. You can check specific questions or whether they've answered any question at all, then use that condition to choose their next step. Unlike a saved-answer condition, this checks what they've done on this page, not just what you already know about them. See RightMessage behavior conditions.

Put widgets in the right place on phones and desktops

Toaster widgets can sit on the left again, giving you another option when the right side of your page is already busy. Choose the side under Placement in the widget's Display settings. Device targeting now distinguishes phones from tablets correctly, and bar widgets have better spacing and form layouts on small screens. See widget display settings.

Run your own code when a form is submitted

You can add browser JavaScript under JavaScript Events → After Form Submit in your project settings. The hook can use submitted form values and visitor data through Liquid, so your site's scripts can respond to a RightMessage form submission. Developers can also listen for a browser event containing contact-sync details; see JavaScript commands and events.

Smaller improvements and fixes

  • Deleting an individual segment now asks for confirmation before removing it.
  • Email fields reject incomplete addresses that don't include a dotted domain.
  • Selected dropdown options are easier to read in dark mode.
