June 2025 — AI page copy, image answers, and campaign reporting
Draft personalized page copy with AI, let visitors choose image answers, and compare campaign conversions. New flow templates and fuller response exports give you less to build by hand.

Draft page changes for each audience
The visual editor's AI Generate button can draft page changes for your selected audience, giving you copy to review and adjust instead of starting from scratch. When creating a campaign, you can also choose up to 3 segment groups and generate variants for their combinations, with targeting rules already filled in. Look for Create a variant for these segment groups in New campaign, then open the visual editor to decide what each audience sees. See how to create a personalization campaign.
See how your campaigns convert
Campaign reporting now brings traffic, personalized views, conversions, and audience-level performance into the campaign list. For campaigns running a holdback test, you can compare conversion rates with visitors who saw the original content instead. Open Campaigns to review performance and find the campaign you want to investigate; the campaign settings guide explains where to go next.
Start with a flow built for the job
New templates give you a starting point for product recommendations and coaching intake, alongside more audience surveys and assessments. From Flows, choose Use template to preview a ready-made flow, install an editable copy, and replace its questions, offers, and destinations with your own. Here's how to preview and install a template.
Let visitors answer with an image
Multiple-choice questions can now show an image for each answer, so visitors can choose visually rather than reading a list of text buttons. In the question editor, choose Images under Show answers as, add your images, and use Hide answer labels if you want an image-only choice. See the multiple-choice question guide.
Manage widgets without leaving your flow
The top of the flow canvas now shows the widgets attached to that flow. You can open a widget to edit it, choose Create new widget, or use Detach from flow without deleting the widget. Larger flows are easier to navigate, too: scrolling reaches steps beyond the original canvas bounds, and scrolling at normal zoom is smoother. The flow canvas reference covers the controls.
Read and export more responses
Response lists now load in pages, making longer lists easier to browse, and the table correctly shows the question and answer context. Export CSV prepares the full response set with a progress screen instead of stopping at 1,000 rows. Downloads include timestamps and readable segment names; see how to manage and export responses.
Smaller improvements and fixes
- AI-generated personalized phrases now update every segment's wording, using your fallback text when a suggestion is missing.
- Generating answer-to-field mappings now shows a loading state and prevents duplicate requests while it works.
- Switching projects refreshes the connected integration and opt-in reporting instead of leaving the previous project's data on screen.
- Open-ended questions and dropdown answers submit more reliably when browser translation has changed the page.
- Forms that continue into another flow no longer stay stuck on “Submitting…” after a successful submission.
- Close buttons stay within reach on small screens for toaster, popup, and full-screen widgets.
- Liquid content can use readable segment names rather than internal identifiers, without including HTML from the answer labels.
- You can reopen the flow preview after closing it, and flow steps refresh to show your email platform's field and tag names as they load.
