October 2025 — Traffic insights, Liquid variables, and Keap tags
See where your visitors come from, reuse their answers in flow content, and keep Keap tags in sync when answers change.

View as MarkdownYou can see which sources bring people to your website and use more of what they tell you in your flows. October also added tag actions, a clearer review before publishing, and more ways to style widget headers.
See where your visitors come from
The new traffic reports bring together referring sites, landing pages, most-viewed pages, campaign tracking, countries, languages, and devices. You'll find them today under More detail → Website stats, including a separate channel for AI assistants and better recognition of social-app browsers. These reports use newly collected tracking data, so existing projects needed to republish their snippet to start filling them in. See the website stats reference for how to read the reports.
Put answers and scores into your flow content
You don't have to remember Liquid syntax to insert a visitor's answer, score, or saved variable. Use Add Data in Set Data or Code, or the plus button in a flow's text editor, to choose an available value and insert it where you're typing. Values updated during a flow are available to later steps, so your next message can reflect what just changed. The flow data and Liquid reference covers the values you can use.
Add or remove tags at a flow step
You can now update a known contact's tags when they reach a particular point in your flow. Choose Add Tag or Remove Tag in Set Data when your connected email platform supports those actions; system flows also gained direct shortcuts for scores, variables, fields, and tags. That lets you update contact data in the background without showing a widget. See the Set Data reference.
Keep Keap tags aligned with changed answers
Keap now supports syncing segment membership to tags as well as custom fields. When someone changes a multiple-choice answer, RightMessage can remove the old answer's tag and apply the new one, rather than leaving both attached to the contact. Set this up in your question or segment group's sync settings using the Keap connection guide.
Review what you're publishing
Publishing now includes a grouped list of pending changes, with descriptions and an optional note you can edit. Choose Publish to review the changes and Publish note, then look back at earlier releases in Publish History under JavaScript Snippet in settings. You don't have to wait for the suggested note to finish before publishing. See reviewing and publishing changes.
Add a header to more widget designs
Headers are no longer limited to one theme: you can add an image, title, and subtitle to supported Popup, Toaster, and inline widget designs. Open Design and enable Show a header to introduce your survey or offer before the visitor starts; bars and full-screen takeovers don't support headers. The widget design reference explains the controls.
Smaller improvements and fixes
- Page-view conditions accept full URLs and domains, not just page paths.
- Optional input questions advance correctly when visitors choose Skip, including flows set to start over.
- Redirect steps wait for pending contact-field updates instead of immediately leaving the page and losing the update.
- Form submissions correctly pass their field values to custom JavaScript callbacks and answer recording when someone clicks the submit button.
- Removing a branching node now asks for confirmation before removing its child paths, while keeping the underlying questions, forms, and offers.
- Integration tags, lists, fields, and forms are alphabetically ordered, and field and form selectors gained search.
- The Code editor gained syntax highlighting and reduced typing lag, and HTML added by a Code step no longer replaces the page's existing content.
- Adding an existing RightMessage user to your project now sends their notification email without failing.
- The visual editor preserves page content that could previously disappear when a page builder produced unusual HTML nesting.
