See how your widgets, forms, and offers are doing
You'll see who views, answers, clicks, or submits your content, and understand why widget and shared-content reports can show different counts.
Use these reports to see what visitors do with your widgets, forms, and offers. A widget report covers the display that contains your flow. A form or offer report covers that shared item, which might appear in several flows. That's why the counts can differ.
See what happens in a widget
- Open Widgets.
- Select a widget.
- Open Analytics.
The report uses that widget's date range. Embedded widgets use Seen where other widgets use Shown.
The summary shows display, engagement, conversion, and dismissal counts where they apply. For a flow that only asks questions, it shows Answered and Answer rate rather than conversions.
| Section | Measurement and controls |
|---|---|
| Daily chart | Shows daily display counts and the actions visitors took. View chart data shows the same points in a table. The chart and the breakdowns below require Scale or Pro. |
| Where people stop | Visitors reaching each step, expressed as a share of shown or seen visitors. |
| By device | Device share of displayed visitors and that device's own conversion or answer rate. |
| Where it was shown | Pages on which a non-embedded widget appeared. |
| Pages with the embed | The corresponding page section for an embedded widget. |
| Top 5 pages or All N pages | Switches between leading pages and the full available page list. |
| How people answered | Answer distribution for the flow's first question, when captured. It doesn't include every question. |
A page's rate uses the visitors shown the widget on that page. The same person can appear on several days or pages, so adding those counts won't recreate the unique visitor total for the period.
If the report reaches its data limit, it marks incomplete metrics unavailable and recommends a shorter date range. An empty daily chart, missing first-question answers, and a request error each mean something different.
See who submits a form or clicks an offer
- Open Forms or Offers.
- Select a resource.
- Open Results.
Results starts with the last 30 calendar days through today and all flows. Use Filter results by flow to narrow the report to one flow that uses the item. The date selector changes the period.
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Shown | Visitors who saw the form or offer. |
| Submissions | Visitors who submitted a form. |
| Clicks | Visitors who clicked an offer's button. |
| Conversion rate | Converting visitors divided by shown visitors, across the report's scope. |
| Variants seen | Personalized combinations shown to at least one visitor, out of the configured combinations. |
A submission records that someone submitted the form. Check your email platform to confirm it accepted each field, list, or tag update. An offer click records the button click. Check the destination to confirm an external booking or checkout finished.
Compare personalized versions
How each variant performs compares the personalized content combinations visitors saw. These aren't randomized A/B test groups.
By variant is the default grouping. The other By controls group the report by each personalization group. In variant mode, answer filters narrow which combinations you see.
Most shown is the default sort. Choose Highest conversion rate to sort by rate instead. The table starts with up to eight rows. If there are more, Show all expands them and Show fewer returns to the shorter list.
Hover over a row to preview its content, or select it to pin the preview. When you group by an answer instead of a complete variant, the preview shows the most common matching variant. Edit this variant opens that combination in the content editor.
Vs. everyone who saw it compares the row with the item's overall audience. It describes a difference, not what caused it. Rows with fewer than 60 views are marked too small to compare. Configured variants that nobody saw are left out, with a count showing how many are missing.
Find where a form or offer is used
Usage links show the flows that reference the form or offer. The flow filter in Results helps you compare how the same item performs in different flows.
Changing a shared form or offer can affect every place it's used. Check those uses before editing. Use a resource split test to compare wording without changing it for everyone at once.
When a report is empty or won't load
No one has seen this form in this range, or the corresponding offer message, means there are no recorded viewers for your dates and flow scope. No variants match these filters means your filters exclude the available rows. Results are unavailable right now offers Retry when a request fails.
Loading or unavailable data doesn't mean zero visitors. Check your date and flow filters first. If visitors never reach the item, inspect flow activity. If it never appears, use the debugger.
