March 2026 — Whole-flow tests, AI targeting, and webhooks
Compare whole flows, describe your targeting rules to Righty, and send visitor data to other tools at any step. You can also connect Intercom and reuse more of what you've already built.

View as MarkdownYou can now test a different path through an entire flow, have Righty turn a plain-English description into targeting rules, and send data to another tool without waiting for a form submission. There are also new ways to reuse your work and get help deciding what to improve next.
Compare two ways through a flow
Test question order, a shorter quiz, or a different offer placement—not just different wording. Open Run A/B Test on This Flow to create an editable variant, compare completion and conversion rates, and choose the version to keep; you can add up to four variants. Completed split tests also show how long they ran. See how whole-flow testing works.
Describe who you want to target
Use AI Generate in segment rules or a flow's Condition node to describe the visitors you have in mind, then review the rules Righty builds. New behavioral conditions let you target by pages viewed, number of visits, and time since a visitor's first visit. You can combine these with your existing audience data in the condition builder.
Send visitor data from any flow step
Add a Webhook node wherever another system needs to hear from your flow, even if the visitor hasn't submitted a form. Set the destination, include additional context, and choose whether it should fire only once per visitor. The node's Logs tab shows delivery details so you can check what happened. Learn about webhook flow steps.
Reuse your work and see edits as you make them
Choose Duplicate on a flow node, then pick where its copy and downstream branches should go. You can also copy an existing widget's design instead of rebuilding its colors, fonts, and spacing. Widget styling and form or offer text now update in the preview without a full reload. In a form's Fields tab, click a field in the preview to open its settings; form field controls also make widths and contact-field mappings easier to manage.
Connect your website to Intercom
Choose Intercom in your email platform settings to save visitor answers to tags and data attributes, create or update contacts, and send events. You can use that contact data to personalize your website, with connections available for US, EU, and Australian workspaces. Here's how to connect Intercom.
Find a useful next change to make
Optimizations suggests what to work on next, based on your account's setup and activity, with an impact and effort estimate for each suggestion. Newer projects can get suggestions tailored to their business context even before they've collected much data. Review the optimization recommendations, dismiss what doesn't fit, and mark completed work as done.
Give your AI assistant more of the setup work
Through MCP, your connected assistant can now create projects, connect API-key-based integrations, check connection health, and create custom fields in supported email platforms. It can duplicate flows, widgets, campaigns, forms, and offers rather than rebuild them. It can also inspect page elements for personalization, retrieve installation and embed code, and generate audience-specific preview links. Connect your AI assistant to use these capabilities.
Smaller improvements and fixes
- High Score nodes can compare saved variables from other flows, and ties follow the branch order you chose.
- Recent pages helps you jump back to work you've just opened.
- Klaviyo connections can recognize contacts using Klaviyo's on-site identification cookie.
- Stale ActiveCampaign field mappings no longer cause otherwise valid contact updates to be rejected.
- Panning around a flow is smoother, and dashboard reports load with less waiting.
- Visitor profiles load contact fields and tags more reliably, with a clearer message when the contact can't be found.
- Flows and personalization wait for fresh contact data when a visitor becomes identified mid-visit.
- Current-page targeting no longer uses the previous page when someone follows a normal page link.
- Previews keep working immediately after publishing, even when there's no unpublished draft.
