You can connect your AI assistant without copying an API token, ask it how your audience segments overlap, and have it inspect earlier changes before restoring a draft. New flow warnings also help you spot when survey answers aren't making it back to your contacts.

Connect your AI assistant with an approval screen

Supported hosted AI assistants can now connect to RightMessage through a sign-in and approval flow, rather than requiring you to create and paste an API token. Your profile's AI Connections page lists these connections, with a Disconnect action when you no longer want an assistant connected. See how to connect your AI assistant.

Ask how your audience segments overlap

Your connected assistant can now look beyond individual answer counts and tell you how segments from different groups overlap. You can narrow the analysis by traffic source, pages visited, location, device, or whether visitors are identified—for example, asking which needs are most common among visitors from a particular campaign. These additions are available through the MCP analytics tools.

Review earlier changes before restoring a draft

Your assistant can now retrieve a plain-language summary and a before-and-after change list for a saved version, giving you more to go on than a timestamp alone. It can also restore an earlier published version into your draft after you confirm which one you want. Your live website stays unchanged until you publish; the backup and undo tools explain the available controls.

Catch surveys that aren't identifying visitors

Flows with synced questions now warn you when identification is unusually low, helping you investigate answers that aren't reaching your email platform. In the flow builder, look for This survey may not be identifying visitors. and check whether the form or redirect before your survey preserves the visitor's identity. Project owners can also receive an email alert with the affected flow and a Review flow link. Here's how to troubleshoot anonymous visitors and missing contact updates.

Preview the draft you're actually editing

Widget previews now consistently use your current draft, falling back to the published setup only when there isn't a draft. Flow A/B test previews also show a useful error when their configuration can't load instead of leaving you with a broken preview. You can preview your widget before putting those changes on your website.

Smaller improvements and fixes

  • Customer.io identification now keeps the contact recognized from an email link instead of letting an older cookie override it on later pages.
  • Bento forms configured to send events now submit correctly when their event selection is stored as a list.
  • Reconnecting Kit and other API-key integrations now checks the replacement credentials rather than reusing a previous successful connection check.
  • Collaborators can open People when their project has access, and sidebar navigation updates correctly for their account.
  • Condition hover previews in the flow builder now respect dark mode.
  • Agency-managed clients go straight to their dashboard instead of being asked to repeat the self-service setup journey.
