You can now connect your website conversations to Encharge and PostHog, and give quiz visitors a clearer sense of how far they've come. January also brings tags that wait for an email address, reusable personalization audiences, and a better memory for Righty.

Put website answers to work in Encharge

The new Encharge connection lets you save visitors' answers to contact fields and tags, then use existing contact data to personalize your website. Choose Encharge in your integration settings and connect with your API Key. The Encharge setup guide covers connecting your account and mapping answers.

Enable PostHog in your integration settings to send question answers, form submissions, campaign activity, and other website interactions to your existing PostHog installation. Events include readable question, offer, and campaign names, plus separate events for contact-field and tag updates. When RightMessage knows a visitor's email, it can also attach their contact data to PostHog; see what the connection sends.

Keep tag actions that happen before signup

Your flow can now decide which tags to add or remove before someone gives you their email address. Set Data tag actions wait in the visitor's browser, survive page reloads, and apply when the visitor is identified. You don't have to move every tagging step after your form—set up your flow's data actions where they make sense in the conversation.

Show visitors their quiz progress

Add a progress bar to a Popup, Toaster, or Embedded widget so visitors can see their progress while answering questions. In Design, open Header & progress bar, enable Show a progress bar, and choose its base color. It follows the flow's branching paths and stays out of the way on offers and thank-you messages; the widget design reference explains the controls.

Reuse an audience's page changes

You no longer need to recreate every page edit when two audiences need similar personalization. In the visual editor, choose Duplicate Audience to copy an audience together with its page changes, then adjust the copy for the next group. See the visual editor controls for working with your campaign.

Ask Righty about earlier conversations

Starting a new chat doesn't have to mean explaining your recent work again. Righty can now look up recent conversations in your project and recall changes it made across separate chats. Ask what you discussed or what it changed, then continue working with Righty.

Build and run branching quizzes more reliably

Use Find Mode in the flow builder to jump straight to a step or an insertion point with your keyboard. Scored quizzes now reapply scores when skipping remembered answers after a page reload, and High Score routing correctly picks a winner when only one score has points. Page-based segment rules also refresh as visitors navigate, rather than routing them using a previous page's match; see the flow canvas controls.

Smaller improvements and fixes

  • You can choose an offer image's focal point to keep the important part visible when different widget layouts crop it.
  • New ActiveCampaign contacts receive their mapped custom fields, and Braze field updates target the existing contact rather than creating a separate profile.
  • Connecting GoHighLevel no longer fails for projects using the older integration setup.
  • Question settings warn you when an Other write-in and structured answers would overwrite the same contact field, and publishing catches the conflict too.
  • Answer CSV exports no longer fail as soon as the export starts.
  • Weekly report summaries no longer disappear because of a report-data formatting error.
  • The offers library handles heavily personalized offers without freezing the browser, and command search no longer gets stuck in a hover loop.
  • Clearing a campaign's holdback percentage no longer leaves an invalid value that blocks configuration validation.
  • Integration pages now link to setup help, and the personalized email library includes an in-app video tutorial.
