Add RightMessage to your Webflow site so you can ask visitors questions and personalize your pages. The site-wide head code covers your published website without editing each page.

Add the snippet to your site

You'll need a RightMessage project and Webflow access as a Site manager or Designer. Custom code requires either an active paid Site plan or a Core, Growth, Freelancer, or Agency Workspace. You don't need both. Publishing to your own domain has separate Site plan requirements.

  1. In RightMessage, select your project and open Settings > JavaScript Snippet under Project.
  2. Keep Live website selected and copy the full Snippet Code.

  1. In Webflow, open Site settings > Custom code.
  2. Paste the snippet into Head code without removing other code. Keep the script tags, but don't add a <head> wrapper.
  3. Choose Save changes, then publish to your live domain.

Saving alone doesn't update the live website. Once you publish, any questions, offers, or personalizations already published in RightMessage can appear.

Keep one installation per page. Check site settings, page settings, and your tag manager for an existing copy before adding the snippet.

Only want RightMessage on one page? See the Webflow page-level option.

Check that it's working

  1. Open your live domain outside the Designer and visit the pages you want RightMessage to run on. Publishing only to Webflow's staging domain won't update your custom domain.
  2. Follow your consent prompt if it controls the snippet.
  3. In RightMessage, open Settings > JavaScript Snippet and look for a recent timestamp in Snippet Health.

A recent timestamp means RightMessage is receiving data. Use the debugger to see what it's showing on each page.

If no data arrives, follow installation troubleshooting.

Next, build a resource recommendation in the app.
