These answers help you choose what visitors see next and understand why a flow takes a particular path. Your flow uses answers, visitor data, scores, or a random assignment to choose a path. Its widget controls when it appears and whether it repeats known questions.

Can I ask a different follow-up based on an answer?

Yes. On a single-answer question, use Route off this question if it doesn't already have answer paths. Choose + on the answer's path, then Question, to add its follow-up.

Use a Router when you already know the answer and don't want to ask again. See route using an existing answer.

Can visitors select multiple answers?

Yes, if you turn on Allow multiple answers for the question. That removes ordinary per-answer routing. RightMessage won't run each selected answer's branch in sequence.

Use conditions on the stored selections when you need to choose a later step.

Can new visitors see an opt-in while subscribers see another offer?

Yes. Put a Condition or a lifecycle Router before the two paths. Send unknown visitors to the opt-in and identified subscribers to the offer.

Connecting your email platform doesn't identify each visitor's browser. Test both an identified subscriber and an unknown visitor.

How do I exclude people who have already applied?

Use a segment, tag, or field that records a completed application. Add it to your targeting or a flow condition to keep those visitors away from the application offer.

Use the completed application, not a click toward it. Someone can click the link without submitting.

Why does the widget disappear after all questions are answered?

The flow may have nothing left to display after it skips known questions. An Exit Flow node also dismisses the widget.

Check where the selected path ends. Then check the widget's targeting, trigger, and dismissal settings separately.

Can I ask missing questions when no offer applies?

Yes. Put those questions before the final offer decision so visitors can still reach them. End the no-offer path after the questions.

See ask returning visitors only for missing answers.

Why doesn't a form continue to the next step?

A form ends the ordinary flow path. Set up what happens afterward in Post-Submit Actions For This Form instead.

That separate path supports data actions and routing before a message or redirect. It doesn't let you add another form, offer, asking question, or Exit Flow. Follow form completion and redirects to set it up.

Should I show a thank-you message or redirect?

Show a message to confirm submission in the widget. Use a redirect to send the visitor to another page.

A message ends its path. Putting a redirect after it won't create an automatic delayed redirect. See form completion.

How do I send visitors to a booking page?

Use a redirect or an offer that links to your real booking page. If that page has another RightMessage flow, set up its widget and targeting separately.

The link or redirect gets visitors to the booking page. They still need to book the appointment there.

Can I limit how many questions someone sees?

There isn't a general question-count limit in flow settings. Keep branches short, skip known questions, and end each path when you've collected enough information.

Count the questions someone can reach on each path, including follow-ups, rather than every question on the canvas.

Can the lowest quiz score win?

Yes. In the High Score editor's Flow Scores mode, turn on Lowest score wins. If scores tie, the first tied row wins.

See score a quiz and recommend a page.

Can I choose a path by comparing variables?

Yes. High Score can compare stored numeric variables instead of flow scores. Variables mode offers names assigned across your project's flows and converts numeric strings into numbers for comparison.

Missing or expired values aren't zeros. A variable with the same name as a score takes precedence over that score. See the High Score reference.

Why does an empty branch still show the shared form?

An empty branch can rejoin the steps below the decision. It doesn't mean Exit Flow.

Add Exit Flow to the branch if those visitors shouldn't reach any later step.

Why doesn't refreshing change my Random Split group?

Random Split remembers your browser's assignment instead of choosing a new group on every page view. Test with fresh visitor data to try other groups.

Changing the number of groups can change existing assignments. See the Random Split reference.

Does asking questions again make a dismissed widget return?

No. Question handling and dismissal are separate. Ask every question, every time repeats known questions when visitors reach them. It doesn't override targeting, trigger timing, or a remembered dismissal.

After it's dismissed can hide the widget until the next visit, for a set duration, or forever in that browser. Embedded widgets use placement instead of these floating-widget dismissal controls. See widget display settings.

What can a thank-you message contain?

A Message node can contain formatted text, links, and available flow data. Its rich-text Content field starts with Thank you!.

It doesn't send email or start a countdown to the next step. See the Submit Message reference for its editing and execution rules.
