Find visitors who are spending time on your site, then look at what they've read and shared before deciding what to offer them next. Intent in Activity helps you spot people to review. Their profile gives you the details behind that label.

You'll need visitor-profile access and recorded activity. Connect your email platform to compare those visits with contact data. If you're using conversions to guide your decision, set up and check the conversion goal first.

Find visitors to review

  1. Open Activity and choose the date range you want to review.
  2. Select Known if you need an identified contact.
  3. Use Visited URL to narrow the list to a relevant page on your site.
  4. Read Intent alongside the arrival source and visited pages.
  5. Select a visitor to open quick look, then choose Open full profile.

For example, WorkForge (opens in a new tab) might look for known contacts who visited /pricing.html and its team-management pages. Those visits can help WorkForge choose a more relevant on-site offer. They don't establish someone's budget, purchase authority, or permission to send a sales email.

Look at what the visitor did

Read the Activity timeline and any recorded conversions. Then compare Segmentation, available Responses, and the provider's Data tab with the offer or follow-up you're considering.

Check whether the person has already converted before showing another acquisition offer. A recorded conversion is one reason someone gets a High label.

Intent labels summarize activity. They aren't the lead scores used in flow conditions or a prediction that someone will buy. The feed and profile can show different labels because the profile uses its loaded timeline. The profile data reference lists the exact thresholds, loading limits, and available insight sections.

Read the summary alongside the records

Email-identified profiles with a connected provider can have Insights, unless the contact is confirmed as not found. An anonymous visitor doesn't gain Insights just by visiting many pages.

  1. Open Insights.
  2. Compare the generated summary with the visitor's recorded activity and contact data.
  3. Choose Regenerate if you need an updated summary.

If generation fails, choose Retry. No Visitor Insights Yet means there's not enough verified information, not that the visitor lacks interest.

Decide what to do next

Note the pages, visit period, known identity, and conversions behind your decision. Keep those facts separate from the generated interpretation.

Opening a profile or reading Insights doesn't schedule outreach or add someone to an email campaign. An intent label isn't consent. If you decide to contact someone, review their permissions and your team's policy in the tool that sends the message.

You're ready to act when you can point to the recorded activity behind your choice. Next, use that information to choose a relevant on-site offer or review a permitted follow-up.
