RightMessage helps you write and preview personalized emails. Your email platform sends them. You'll copy content between the two, so edits in RightMessage don't automatically update an email you've already pasted elsewhere.

Does RightMessage send the personalized emails?

No. Your email platform sends the email and controls recipients, subject, scheduling, and automation delivery. RightMessage stores and previews its content.

Copy puts HTML and plain text on your clipboard. It doesn't create a campaign or send a test in your email platform.

How do I move the content back into Kit?

Choose Copy in RightMessage and paste into your Kit email draft. Then check the formatting and subscriber conditions in Kit, including matching and unmatched values. Follow the copy and test steps.

If you edit the email in RightMessage later, copy it again. Saving doesn't update what you've already pasted into Kit.

Can I use Liquid with ActiveCampaign data in an ActiveCampaign email?

Not automatically. RightMessage can use visitor and connected-contact data in its own content, but ActiveCampaign's sending engine has its own syntax and conditional-content controls.

Email Code shows the content stored in RightMessage. It doesn't translate it for ActiveCampaign. Recreate unsupported conditions with ActiveCampaign's tools, then test the email there.

Do all conditions need a mapped question?

No. Advanced rules can use available native fields, custom fields, or tags from your connected integration without a question mapping.

Question mapping needs a mapped question. AI personalization also needs a mapped question and at least one selected segment.

What does a contact with no saved answer see?

They see the condition's default content when no branch matches. Write a useful fallback rather than leaving it empty. In Test Variables, try the unmatched state as well as each audience branch.

Your email platform's contact data determines what appears when you send. Changing a preview value in RightMessage doesn't update the contact in your platform.

Does Preview show how the email looks in every inbox?

No. Preview renders your content with chosen variable values and reports Liquid errors. It doesn't emulate every email client or check your sending platform's final template processing.

Use your platform's preview and test send, then check representative inboxes for the layouts you use. See Create and export a personalized email for the steps and email conditions for syntax details.
