RightMessage
Course creators

Carry audience insight from the waitlist to the sale to the next offer.

Use campaign context, answers, and customer data to show the right course or product path on your site. Your existing platform still handles checkout, enrollment, access, and delivery.

Built for established creators with more than one course, download, template, bundle, cohort, or membership—and enough traffic to make those paths worth personalizing.

Success story
My goal was simple: learn more about my readers and customers, and do a better job positioning the right products for them. I now have 100k+ data points on my audience, understand exactly what they are looking for, and how I can best serve them.

Three plays

Make each website decision fit what the visitor already shared.

Learn what someone wants before launch, reflect it on the sales page, and stop pitching products they already own.

Before launch

Capture fit before launch.

Ask what they want to achieve, what they already know, and how they prefer to learn. Then point them to the waitlist, foundation offer, advanced course, or digital product you chose.

Launch page

Make the launch page reflect what they told you.

Use waitlist status, goals, experience, or campaign source to change the sales-page headline, proof, form, CTA, and destination. Your platform still handles the sale and enrollment.

Common questions

What course and digital product creators usually need to know first.

RightMessage personalizes the sales journey on your site. Your course and commerce platforms keep checkout, access, and delivery.

Does RightMessage replace Kajabi, Podia, Thinkific, Teachable, Kit, or course delivery?+

No. RightMessage personalizes the website you own. Your course, commerce, and email platforms remain responsible for offers, waitlists, checkout, payment, enrollment, content, access, delivery, and their own reporting.

Can it create the waitlist, take payment, or enroll someone?+

No. RightMessage can show a configured website path and measure the click, form, pageview, or custom event that matters. The course or commerce platform keeps the native waitlist, checkout, payment, and enrollment workflows.

How does it know what someone wants or already bought?+

You can use configured campaign context, page behavior, answers, and supported customer, product, status, field, or tag data after identification. Availability depends on the integration or ESP or CRM bridge you configure.

What happens for an anonymous visitor or missing data?+

They see the normal fallback page or path you configure. Personalization does not require inventing context when it has not been collected or is not available.

Can it personalize launch emails too?+

This page is about your website. Your email platform can use data collected by RightMessage in its own campaigns and automations when the integration supports it, while it remains responsible for writing and sending email.

Does it recommend the best course or product automatically?+

No. You define the questions, conditions, segments, and visible results. RightMessage can show the marketer-defined course, download, bundle, or waitlist route; it does not automatically rank a catalog.

Can it personalize checkout or post-purchase delivery?+

Not on checkout or delivery surfaces owned by another platform. RightMessage personalizes selected elements on the website you control; checkout, access, fulfillment, progress, and delivery stay in the platforms that provide them.

How do we measure the website decision versus enrollment and revenue?+

Use a configured website click, form submission, pageview, or custom-event goal to evaluate the decision. Use the course, commerce, ESP, and analytics systems for enrollment, access, completion, and revenue reporting.
