Clients can see which agencies have access to their projects, and either side can end it. When access ends, the client's plan and data stay exactly as they are.

New projects in your agency organization start as demo projects, and you can have up to 10 active at a time. A demo project has no plan, so you can build and preview it freely. It can't go live on a site until you choose a plan for it.

That's a good way to show a prospect what their own page could look like before they sign anything.

When the client signs, hand the demo project off to them. They add a card and start their own subscription, and your agency keeps access to the project.

Who pays for RightMessage, my client or my agency?+

Either. Your client can sign up through your link and pay us directly, and you earn 20%+ recurring commission. Or your agency can pay for the project and get 20% off.

How much commission do agencies earn?+

20%+ recurring commission on the subscription of every client who signs up through your partner link. It starts at 20% and rises to as much as 30% as you refer more customers.

What's the agency discount?+

20% off every client project your agency pays for. Agency organizations don't get a trial, so a plan you choose is charged right away.

Can my whole team work on client projects?+

Yes. Add teammates to your agency organization. Owners, admins, and members with access to all projects can open every linked client's projects from their own login.

What are demo projects?+

Yes. Lead alerts email the client's team, or yours, when a known contact's visit matches a rule written in plain language. The email goes out within about half an hour of the visit. Lead alerts are an add-on on every plan, billed to whoever pays for the project.

Is RightMessage white label?+

No. Clients sign up on a page with your agency's name, logo, and welcome message, but the product they use is RightMessage.

Does each client need its own project?+

What if a client signs up without my link?+
