Billing starts when you publish your configuration to your website. This means you can take your time setting up segmentation rules, building flows, and configuring campaigns before committing. A small "Personalized by RightMessage" badge appears on widgets during the trial, which is removed on a paid plan.

How is pricing calculated?
Simple feature-based tiers. All plans include unlimited visitors, unlimited widgets, unlimited forms, and unlimited flows. You never pay based on traffic volume or contacts. You only pay based on the tier of features you want access to.
Annual billing saves you 20%. You can switch plans or billing intervals at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Which plan should I start with?
It depends on what you want to do first. If you want to collect segmentation data through quizzes and surveys, and sync that data back to your ESP, start with Grow. If you already know your audience segments and want to personalize your website for different visitor types (e.g. different headlines for paid traffic vs organic), start with Scale.
Most customers start with Grow to build their segmentation foundation, then upgrade to Scale once they have enough data to personalize effectively. Either way, your trial gives you access to everything so you can explore both paths before choosing.
When should I upgrade from Grow to Scale?
Upgrade to Scale when you are ready to act on your segmentation data. On Grow, you collect data through quizzes and surveys and sync it to your ESP. Scale lets you use that data to change your website: swap headlines, CTAs, images, and entire content blocks based on who is visiting.
Common triggers: you want to show different landing pages to different ad audiences, you want to A/B test personalized copy, you need full analytics with CSV exports, or you need API access to integrate with your own tools. Scale also unlocks additional ESP integrations including Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, and GoHighLevel.
When should I upgrade from Scale to Pro?
Pro is for teams running a more complex marketing stack. If you need HubSpot or Salesforce/Pardot integrations, that requires Pro. Same for webhooks (sending visitor events to external systems), visitor profiles with full activity timelines, and MCP server access for AI agent integration.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is for organizations that need SOC2 Type II compliance, custom proxy domains (route all RightMessage requests through your own domain), personalization consulting with the RightMessage team, custom integrations and data pipelines, SSO/SAML, and custom SLAs.

Which integrations are available on each plan?
Grow includes Kit (ConvertKit), Drip, ActiveCampaign, Bento, MailerLite, Beehiiv, and Encharge. Scale adds Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Ontraport, Infusionsoft/Keap, and Userlist. Pro adds HubSpot, Intercom, Braze, and Salesforce/Pardot.
All integrations are bi-directional: we pull subscriber data (tags, custom fields, lists) to personalize in real-time, and push new segment data back when visitors convert. No Zapier or middleware required. If your ESP is on a higher tier than the plan you picked, you will see which plan is needed when you try to connect it.
Does RightMessage work with my website?
Yes. RightMessage works on any website where you can add a JavaScript snippet. WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, custom-built sites, single-page apps. If you can add a script tag, you can use RightMessage. No plugins or server-side code required.
How is RightMessage different from other tools?
