Which plan should I choose?
Most of our customers start with the Segment & Grow plan, which is designed to help you start capturing the right data and then surfacing insights into who's joining your list, what they need from you, and more.
Once you've started collecting this data, the next step is to optimize how you collect it, and put the data to use by personalizing your email campaigns and key pages on your website (like your sales pages.) This is when you'll want to upgrade to our Personalize plan.
How does your free trial work?
During your trial, you'll get 14 days of unrestricted access to RightMessage. You're free to use it on your website and begin segmenting your audience, increasing your list growth rate, and boosting conversions by personalizing your sales page.
The only restriction is that the "Personalized by RightMessage" badge will appear on your RightMessage widgets. This can be disabled once you have a paid account.
Will you pause my account or charge me more if I go over my plan's threshold?
No.
If you go over your unique visitor threshold, a note will be made on our end and we'll keep an eye on whether this was a one time occurrence (i.e. maybe a big site sent you a burst of traffic) or something permanent. If you're consistently going above your traffic threshold, we'll then upgrade your plan's threshold.
We'll never shut you off, however. Even if your card were to start getting declined, RightMessage will still keep working for you.
How do you determine what I'll pay each month?
We charge you based on unique visitors across any sub-accounts (what we call "projects") that you've set up in RightMessage. This is not page views. These are the total unique number of visitors that we've counted over the last 30 days.
For example, if you've set up 2 projects in RightMessage to use on two different websites and the first website registered 7,500 unique visitors this month and your other website registered 10,000, you'd be on the "Up to 20,000 visitors" plan.
What currencies and forms of payments do you accept?
We bill customers using Stripe, which is the leading payment provider for companies like ours.
All payments are billed to either credit or debit cards. We don't currently accept bank transfers, checks, or crypto. Your card details are kept on Stripe's systems, and not in our database.
I'm an agency or freelancer. Can I use my RightMessage account on behalf of my clients?
While you could do this, it's probably not a good idea. You're ultimately on the hook for the traffic their website(s) generate, and this will affect your personal RightMessage bill. Additionally, should you and your client decide to part ways, there's no easy way to move a RightMessage project to its own billing account.
What we recommend is that you join our First Promoter affiliate program. Give your clients your affiliate link and ask them to sign up to RightMessage. Once their account has been created, they can then add you as a collaborator. This way, they handle the billing and you get a commission for every payment they make.
Can I pay annually?
Yes!
Please reach out to [email protected] and we can help you move to an annual plan. The cost of an annual plan is the price of a monthly plan, minus two months. This means that a $79/month plan is billed at $790/year.
