How is RightMessage pricing calculated?+
RightMessage uses feature-based tiers for each project. Traffic, contacts, forms, flows, and team members do not change your price. Choose the tier with the features you need for that project.
What counts as a project?+
A project is one company’s connected web presence, generally its main website plus related landing pages or subdomains. Most companies need one project.
What happens if I create another project?+
If you create another project for a separate brand or client website, RightMessage prompts you to start a new subscription for that project.
Which plan should I choose?+
Choose Grow to collect answers and organize visitors into useful segments. Choose Scale to personalize websites and emails and measure conversion goals. Choose Pro to run A/B split tests, inspect visitor and account intelligence, and automate what happens next.
How does the 14-day trial work?+
Your trial includes the features in the plan you select. You can start using it right away, and billing starts after 14 days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
What if RightMessage does not work for me?+
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee after billing begins, and every plan can be canceled at any time. Cancel during the trial to avoid a charge, or contact us within 30 days of your first payment if you are not seeing value.
Can I change plans or billing intervals?+
Yes. You can change plans or billing intervals from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Which integrations are available on each plan?+
Grow includes Kit (ConvertKit), Drip, ActiveCampaign, Bento, MailerLite, Beehiiv, and Encharge. Scale adds Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Ontraport, Infusionsoft/Keap, and Userlist. Pro adds HubSpot, Intercom, Braze, and Salesforce/Pardot.
Does RightMessage work with my website?+
Yes. RightMessage works on any website where you can add the RightMessage JavaScript snippet, including WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, custom-built sites, and single-page apps.
Can an agency use one project for multiple clients?+
No. Each client business needs a separate project and subscription. One project can cover that client’s main website and its related landing pages or subdomains, but it cannot be shared across unrelated client websites.
What if I need custom procurement or implementation help?+
Use the assisted demo path if you need SSO/SAML, custom proxy or data work, compliance documentation, consulting, a custom service-level agreement, or help scoping a custom integration.
