When someone visits your website, RightMessage is going to look at a few things:

  • Do we know them? Have they been here before? If so, what pages have they viewed and what have they done?
  • Are they on our email list? If so, what tags and custom fields do they have?
  • Who sent them? Did they come directly to the website, or from Google, another website, or a social platform?
  • Did they click on an ad? If so, who was that ad targeting?

Our segmentation engine will automatically bucket people into segments. You just define each segment (e.g. Customers, Web Designers, Friends of Pat Flynn) and what criteria we should use to put people in that segment and we'll do the rest.

Now that we know who they are...

Let's speak directly to them and their needs (revolutionary, isn't it!?)
