How to find your project ID in RightMessage
Your project ID is the unique identifier for a specific RightMessage project. Support or setup docs may ask for it when troubleshooting your script, visual editor, or website access rules.
Easiest way: check Project Settings
Open the project you want in RightMessage.
Go to Project Settings.
On the main Project Settings page, look in the top-right corner.
You will see a label called Project ID with the numeric ID underneath it.
Another way: check the dashboard URL
Open the project you want in RightMessage.
Look at the URL in your browser address bar.
The project ID is the numeric ID shown in that project URL.
If support asks you to use a header value like RM-{your-project-id}, replace that placeholder with the project ID from your own project.
Another way: check your JavaScript snippet
In RightMessage, open Project Settings.
Go to the JavaScript snippet area.
Look for the project-specific URL or script tied to that project.
When you might need it
When support asks you to confirm which project is affected
When a developer is allowlisting RightMessage so the visual editor can load your site
When you are checking that the correct script is installed on your website
Important
Use the project ID for the specific project you are troubleshooting. If you have multiple projects, each one has its own ID.
