This month we made it easier to connect visitor journeys from first click to signup, fixed a few painful sync issues, and shipped a Chrome extension that lets you debug RightMessage on any site.

Sign-up tracking now connects the dots between an anonymous visit on your marketing site and the new account created at signup. We capture visitor details at signup so you can see how someone found you before they ever created an account.

RightMessage now syncs with Encharge. We pull people, tags, and custom fields, and we can identify visitors from Encharge email links.

ActiveCampaign custom fields save reliably again

We fixed an issue where custom field creation in ActiveCampaign would fail. If you ran into this, your fields should sync properly now.

We fixed a crash that caused the Offers page to time out for accounts with lots of dynamic content. Your offers should load quickly now.
