March 2026 — AI targeting rules, webhook actions, and smarter duplication
This month we shipped AI-generated targeting, a new webhook node in flows, and a lot of quality-of-life improvements that make building campaigns faster and your analytics more trustworthy.
AI creates targeting rules from natural language
You can now describe the audience you want to target in plain English, and RightMessage will generate the segmentation and flow conditions for you. No more clicking through dozens of dropdowns.

Webhook action in flows
Flows now include a webhook node that sends data to any endpoint you choose. You can view delivery logs to confirm each request went through.

Duplicate campaigns, flows, forms, offers, and widgets
Duplication is now available across campaigns, flows, forms, offers, and widgets. Save time by copying an existing item and tweaking it instead of starting from scratch.
Bot traffic is filtered from analytics
We now detect suspected bot traffic and filter it from your reporting. You will see a suspected bot count so you know what was excluded.
Weekly optimization recommendations
We added a new optimization area that surfaces weekly recommendations based on your data. There is a dashboard widget and a Monday email to keep you informed.

New visitor rules for page activity
You can now segment visitors based on page count, session count, and first visited rules. This gives you more precise targeting for repeat visitors and new arrivals.

Plan access changes for email personalization
Email personalization now starts on the Scale plan. A/B testing personalization has moved to the Pro plan.
More reliable billing and campaign counts
We fixed subscription creation timing, improved coupon handling, and made campaign counts more accurate across the dashboard.
