April 2026 — More reliable integrations, smoother editing, and safer drafts

This month we focused on making integrations more robust, editing more predictable, and drafts safer so you do not accidentally publish something you are not ready to ship.

More reliable integration reconnects and diagnostics

Reconnecting an integration now updates the existing connection instead of creating a duplicate. We also added better diagnostics so you can see exactly what is wrong when a sync fails.

HubSpot connection covers more of the workflow

We expanded HubSpot sync and tracking support so more of the contact lifecycle is covered. If you use HubSpot, your data should stay in sync more consistently.

Bento sync improvements

We fixed two Bento issues: overly long fields are now truncated so they sync successfully, and stale contact records are retried by email when subscriber IDs are out of date.

Disable automatic config refresh

We added an advanced setting that lets you turn off automatic refresh of project config data from the server. This is useful for teams that need tighter control over when config updates load.

Inline AI stays draft-only

Righty inline tools now keep changes in draft mode until you explicitly publish them. No more accidental live edits from AI suggestions.

Segment engagement at a glance

Segment cards now show engagement lift indicators so you can see which segments are performing better without diving into reports.

Campaign holdback stays set

We fixed an issue where holdback settings would clear and block publishing. Your holdback percentages now stick around until you change them.
