February 2025 — Public API, version history, and builder improvements

This month we opened the public API, added version history for peace of mind, and made the Flow Builder more powerful with webhooks, AI-generated conditions, and duplication.

Public API v1

You can now use the public API to manage campaigns, flows, widgets, questions, segments, offers, and forms. Real-time updates are included so changes stay in sync across your tools.

Restore earlier versions

Version history is now available. You can restore earlier versions of your work if something goes wrong or if you want to roll back a change.

Detailed flow engagement data

Visitor-level flow activity is now visible with filtering and CSV export. See exactly how people interact with your flows.

More Flow templates

The Flow template gallery is bigger. Browse more starting points and get your surveys and quizzes live faster.

Generate conditions from plain language

Righty can now generate targeting rules for segments and Flow Yes/No conditions from plain language. Describe who you want to reach, and we will build the condition.

Target by pages and sessions

New behavioral targeting lets you target visitors by pages visited and session behavior. This makes it easier to show the right content based on what someone is doing right now.

Webhook steps in Flows

You can now add webhook action nodes to your flows. This sends data to external tools whenever a visitor reaches that step.

Duplicate anything

Duplicate flows, widgets, offers, forms, and campaigns. Save time when you want to reuse a design or start from a close variant.

Connect RightMessage to Intercom

Intercom is now a supported integration. Sync visitor data and use it in your segments and personalization.

Weekly optimization recommendations

Weekly recommendations are now available. These show up on your dashboard and in email so you know what to optimize next.

Integration and billing improvements

Switching email sync providers is easier. ActiveCampaign syncing is stronger. Unlimited collaborators are now available on all paid plans.
