Update your payment method

To update the credit card or payment method on file:

  1. Go to Project Settings (click the gear icon in the sidebar)

  2. Click the Billing tab

  3. Click Manage Billing

  4. You'll be taken to Stripe's billing portal where you can update your card details

RightMessage plans

RightMessage offers three plans, each designed around what you need to do with your visitor data:

Grow

For collecting data and growing your list. Includes quizzes, surveys, forms, list building tools, and basic personalization. Works with Kit, Drip, ActiveCampaign, Bento, MailerLite, Beehiiv, and Encharge.

  • $79/month billed annually

  • $99/month billed monthly

Scale

For acting on your data. Everything in Grow, plus full website personalization, A/B testing, AI email personalization, and conversion goals. Adds integrations with Klaviyo, Customer.io, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Keap, Ontraport, and Userlist.

  • $199/month billed annually

  • $249/month billed monthly

Pro

For teams that need more. Everything in Scale, plus priority support and advanced analytics. Adds integrations with HubSpot, Braze, Pardot, and Intercom.

  • $399/month billed annually

  • $499/month billed monthly

Annual billing saves roughly 20% and is the default option when you sign up.

How to change your plan

  1. Go to Project Settings > Billing

  2. Click Change Plan

  3. Select the plan you'd like to switch to

  4. Confirm the change

When you upgrade, Stripe automatically prorates your current billing cycle so you only pay the difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you downgrade to a plan that doesn't include features you're currently using (like website personalization on the Grow plan), those features will be removed from your published config at the next publish. Your draft configuration is preserved, so nothing is lost if you upgrade again later.

Per-site billing

Each RightMessage site (project) has its own subscription. If you manage multiple sites, each one can be on a different plan. You'll see billing options in the Project Settings for each site individually.
