This funnel lives on a dedicated landing page, and it asks a few questions prior to queueing someone up for a migration. And since RightMessage knows who’s on this page, if we already know they use a specific type of software we won’t ask that question again.
This funnel disqualifies those with too little traffic or who aren’t willing to step in if needed. Once completed, we auto-create a Basecamp project for the migration request and the migration commences.

Many of our new customers are coming via this service, and because they’re being set up the right way (and getting results!) churn for these customers is very, very low.
