How to personalize a specific word or phrase in your text.
To change a specific word or phrase in the text you are personalizing, you will need to set up the text on your website prior to personalizing it.
One suggestion is to wrap the text in ‘span’ HTML tags. You can then locate the element in the website preview pane to personalize that element for your campaign.
