Adjust the RightAsk visibility settings

By default RightAsk will display on all pages of your website.

To assign RighAsk to specific pages on your website, you can adjust the RighAsk settings to either hide or show RighAsk.

The below article will show you how to use the RighAsk visibility settings.

Navigate to the RightBar settings

In the RightMessage admin bar, click ‘RightAsk’.


Click on the 'Settings' tab.


Visibility options are available to allow you to either show or hide RightAsk on specific pages.


Show RightAsk on specific pages

To specify what pages will display RightAsk, toggle the button beside 'Only show RightAsk on specific pages'.

To display RightAsk on a specific page of your site only, add the URL slug of the page to the field provided.

For instances where you want to display RightAsk on the children of a parent page, such as all posts under a 'blog' page, add the URL slug of the parent page to the field available, followed by a wildcard (*).

Hide RightAsk on specific pages

To specify what pages will have RightAsk hidden, toggle the button beside 'Hide RightAsk on specific pages'.


To hide RightAsk on a specific page of your site only, add the URL slug of the page to the field provided.

For instances where you want to hide RightAsk on the children of a parent page, such as all category archive pages, add the URL slug of the parent page to the field available, followed by a wildcard (*).

Publish the visibility changes

Once the visibility settings have been adjusted, save the changes by clicking the 'Publish' button.
