# Install RightMessage on Kajabi

You'll add RightMessage to your Kajabi website so you can ask questions and personalize public pages, then check that it's receiving data.

Add RightMessage to your Kajabi website so you can ask visitors questions and show offers that fit them. This installs the website snippet. Connecting Kajabi's email platform and syncing customer records are separate steps.

## Add the snippet to your site

You'll need a [RightMessage project](https://rightmessage.com/help/create-an-account) and access to your Kajabi site's settings and publishing controls. This uses **Page scripts**, not the theme Code Editor. Kajabi's [page-script instructions](https://help.kajabi.com/en/articles/17174964-add-custom-code-to-pages) don't name a separate plan upgrade.

1. In RightMessage, select your project and open **Settings** > **JavaScript Snippet** under **Project**.
2. Keep **Live website** selected and copy the full **Snippet Code**.

3. In Kajabi, open **Settings**. Under **Site settings**, choose **Site details**.
4. Find **Page scripts** and paste the full snippet into **Header Page Scripts**. Keep any other code already there.
5. Choose **Save**. Publish any website or landing pages that are still drafts.

Kajabi adds this code to website pages except Offer checkout pages and upsell pages. It doesn't cover checkout, payment, or enrollment.

Install the snippet only once. Any questions, offers, or personalizations already published in RightMessage can appear as soon as it runs.

Only want RightMessage on one page? See the [Kajabi page-level option](https://rightmessage.com/help/everything-you-need-to-know-about-your-rightmessage-tracking-script#kajabi-individual-pages).

## Check that it's working

1. Open a published page outside the Kajabi editor. Follow your consent prompt if it controls the snippet.
2. In RightMessage, open **Settings** > **JavaScript Snippet** and look for a recent timestamp in **Snippet Health**.

A recent timestamp means RightMessage is receiving data. Use the [debugger](https://rightmessage.com/help/best-practices-for-testing) to see what it knows about you and what it's showing.

Receiving data and identifying a contact are separate. Connecting an email platform doesn't identify an anonymous browser by itself.

If no data arrives, follow [installation troubleshooting](https://rightmessage.com/help/common-set-up-issues).
