# Create your RightMessage account

You'll create your login and first project, then let RightMessage suggest what to build based on your website.

Create your login and first project so you can start using RightMessage on your website. We'll name the project after your domain, then research your business and help you decide what to build.

If someone invited you to a project, [accept their invitation](https://rightmessage.com/help/inviting-collaborators-to-your-project) instead. You don't need a second project to work with them. Keep unrelated businesses in separate projects.

## 1. Tell us which website you'd like to use

[Start your free trial](https://app.rightmessage.com/register?nocc=true). The ordinary signup offers 14 days without a credit card.

1. Enter your **First name** and the email you'll use under **What email address will you use to log in?**
2. Enter your website's domain under **What website would you like to use RightMessage on?** You don't need to choose a project name.
3. Read the linked terms, then choose **Next**.

## 2. Create your login

1. Enter a **Password** with at least 8 characters.
2. Repeat it in **Confirm password**.
3. Choose **Create my account**.

If the email already belongs to an account, choose **Log in instead** or **Reset your password**. The duplicate-email message states that no charge occurred.

Some signup links and partner offers include billing. If you're using one of those, follow the [signup billing choices](https://rightmessage.com/help/project-billing-reference#billing-during-signup). That reference also covers the default no-card plan selection and payment retries. A no-card trial doesn't renew merely because you later save a card.

## 3. Let RightMessage help you get started

RightMessage creates your project and opens **Get Started**. It researches your website to suggest questions, offers, and starter copy. Follow along and choose what you'd like to build. Anything it creates stays a draft until you publish.

Prefer to build it yourself? Choose **Build from scratch** to go to the dashboard. If you've already started setup, you may see **Go to dashboard** instead.

If research gets stuck or RightMessage asks you to describe your business, [what to expect from AI onboarding](https://rightmessage.com/help/what-to-expect-from-ai-onboarding) explains the choices and how to continue.

Once you can open your project, your account is ready. Your website still needs the RightMessage snippet before it can use what you build. Next, [add RightMessage to your website](https://rightmessage.com/help/getting-started-with-rightmessage#2-add-rightmessage-to-your-website).
