# November 2026 — Project handoffs for agencies, goals that count site-wide, and Righty answers where a survey shows

Agencies can hand a finished project to their client, goals record conversions across your whole site, and Righty explains exactly where a flow or survey appears.

Agencies can now move a project they built into their client's own account, published goals count conversions everywhere on your site, and Righty can tell you where a survey actually appears. Here's what's shipped through November 3.

## Hand a finished project to your client

If you build projects for clients, you can now hand one over from **Plan & billing**. Choose the plan your client will pay for, enter their email, and send the handoff. Your client accepts from the emailed link, creating an account first if they don't have one, and pays RightMessage directly. Your agency keeps access to keep helping, and stops paying for the project. [Hand off a project to a client](https://rightmessage.com/help/hand-off-a-project-to-a-client).

## Goals count conversions across your whole site

A published goal now records conversions wherever they happen on your site, whether or not a campaign measures it, so a goal is no longer "Not attached". Each project starts recording at its next publish, and the goal shows when it began. [Create and manage conversion goals](https://rightmessage.com/help/goals-and-conversion-tracking).

## Ask Righty where a survey shows

Ask Righty which pages a flow, survey, or question appears on and it works it out from your draft: the pages each widget targets, then every path through the flow with its conditions and the first thing it shows. A path that ends in an exit shows nothing, so Righty no longer counts the pages where a flow started but showed visitors nothing. ## Smaller improvements and fixes

- Customers who take the free Personalization Audit can audit their own projects, then choose **Have us build this** to have Righty set up the audiences and draft the page changes. [Build a plan from your personalization audit](https://rightmessage.com/help/dashboard-reference#build-a-plan-from-your-personalization-audit).
- On the Ads page (in early access), lift follows the period and goal you pick, editing a segment group no longer resets it, and the default goal comes from the campaign whose A/B test lift is measured on. You can also explore the Ads page in the [demo](https://app.rightmessage.com/demo/ads). [Read the Ads page](https://rightmessage.com/help/ads-page).
- AI assistants connected through MCP make fewer failed calls when editing flow steps and questions, and a visitor lookup that finds no one now says so instead of returning an error. [MCP tools for flows](https://rightmessage.com/help/mcp-tools-flows).
