# July 2025 — Flow heat maps, A/B tests, and clearer targeting

See where visitors leave your flows, test questions and offers, and target people by how often they've visited a page.

You can now see where visitors stop in a flow and test different questions, forms, and offers to find what gets more people to take the next step. There's also more help for writing personalized pages and choosing who sees them.

## See where visitors drop off in a flow

Heat maps and path counts show which branches visitors take and where traffic thins out. Open a flow's **Metrics** tab to see executions, unique visitors, completion rates, and time to complete, plus the questions and offers with the biggest drop-offs. Turn on **Enable Heat Map** to see traffic on the canvas itself, or dig into the [flow metrics guide](https://rightmessage.com/help/flow-performance).

## Test your questions, forms, and offers

Built-in A/B testing lets you compare question wording and answer labels, or try different headlines, descriptions, buttons, and images on forms and offers. Create variants in the flow builder, then use **A/B Testing** to compare responses and conversions, choose the version to keep, and review completed tests. ## Draft personalized page copy without starting from scratch

Select text in the visual editor and use **AI Generate** to get audience-specific alternatives you can review, apply, or regenerate. You can also publish directly from the editor, and a **Wrong page** notice explains when a change belongs on a different URL. Audience switching and more-specific targeting were improved too, so the page you review more reliably matches the audience you've selected. ## Compare the audiences receiving your personalizations

Campaign reporting now breaks visitors down by combinations of segments, rather than treating each personalization in isolation. You can see traffic, conversions, and conversion rates for those combinations when several changes apply to the same visitor; today, you'll find this under **Who it converts for** in the campaign report. ## Give your AI assistant a readable copy of a flow

You can export a flow with its questions, answer labels, routing rules, and offers instead of explaining the whole setup yourself. The export also includes available traffic and conversion data, giving your assistant more context for reviewing it. Open the flow's **Settings** and choose **Copy LLM Output**; the [flow settings reference](https://rightmessage.com/help/flow-settings-reference) covers the export controls.

## Target visitors by how often they've visited a page

Page-view conditions now let you choose an exact visit count, a minimum or maximum, and a flexible time window. **Has visited** and **Has not visited** are separate choices, and validation catches full URLs where a page path is needed. [Use page and visit conditions](https://rightmessage.com/help/conditions-pageviews) to distinguish a first look from repeated interest.

## Make widgets fit around your page

Embedded widgets now have a **Make transparent** control, and previews adjust their background so light or dark text stays readable. Anchored bars push the page down rather than covering its content, while other bars expose their height for sites with sticky headers. [See the widget design settings](https://rightmessage.com/help/widget-design-reference).

## Smaller improvements and fixes

- You can create Bento custom fields while setting up answer syncing.
- Customer.io post-submission routing now uses the details someone just submitted instead of stale contact data.
- Failed saves show a persistent warning, and publishing reports whether it succeeded or failed.
- Flow zoom controls no longer shrink the canvas to an unusable scale.
- Personalized-content editors let you find questions by their wording or answer options.
- Randomized answer options no longer reshuffle during a question's re-render.
- Personalized images display correctly when the original image uses responsive image sources, and showing hidden elements preserves their layout.
- Incomplete Liquid expressions no longer crash content rendering.
- Saved personalized emails refresh in the library, and integration field pickers show a loading state instead of briefly labeling fields as unknown.
- Widget creation and collapsed widget and offer previews were fixed.
